Stocking the Bar Cart with Our Favorite Sips & Gifts

At Sipland, we like to think of ourselves as experts in the art of entertaining. To set the festive mood, we’re inviting you to take a peek into our shopping carts for the bar cart—an essential part of any hostess’s repertoire, and especially important when prepping for all the holiday cheer(s).

We’re firm believers in never arriving to a holiday party empty-handed, and we always make sure our bar carts are fully stocked with all our NA and low-abv favorites. While each of us has a distinct approach to hosting and gifting, we’re all on the same page when it comes to adding a little fun to the table!

So without further ado, find our teams favorite sips and gifts, below:

Molly

The Vibe: Molly is like the perfect glass of champagne—bubbly, sophisticated, and the ultimate girl’s girl. A true hostess extraordinaire with fabulous taste and eloquent toasts to match.

Drink of Choice: “My faves are Spring in a Bottle NA sparkling rose and Good Twin NA sparkling prosecco. Bringing a bottle of non-alc sparkling to a holiday party is a sigma move (as my 13 year old son would say).”

The Gifts:

• “Is there anything more beautiful than these two-tone coupes by Estelle Colored Glass? A favorite giftable moment for me, for sure.”

• “Every good Southerner loves a good 7-layer caramel cake. And Caroline's Cakes makes the best one. They ship it flash-frozen after being freshly made so you can defrost and enjoy with loved ones (or solo!) whenever the mood strikes this season.”

• “White chocolate brussel sprouts might be the best gifting moment ever created. I've purchased two boxes already for both of my boys' stockings.”

• “We recently used this winter white floral tablecloth from Tuckernuck for a Sipland event, and everyone was dying over it. I'm now planning to gift it to my sister for Christmas too, along with my favorite cookbook, “What to Cook” (don't tell her please).”

Lauren

The Vibe: Lauren is effortlessly creative, and completely one-of-a-kind. She prefers her drinks and her bar cart in an aesthetically pleasing way, surrounded by fun, funky objets d’art.

Drink of Choice: a Mexican coke with a lemon and an unflavored Wims on top.

“Wims are the MOST PERFECT GIFT. I love giving them out and they come in the cutest packaging. They are perfect for anyone who is THC curious.”

The Gifts:

• “I love a funky glassware moment, especially one that I can leave out. This carafe has been haunting my dreams.”

• “Everything Missette does is SO GIFTABLE. I can't stop thinking about these precious embroidered napkins.”

• “I love anything that comes in a pretty little container. My friend put me on to this fancy hand cream and it would be the perfect gift for whoever you know that loves nice things.”

• “To know me is to know I love playing cards, cards make the perfect gift because you can find something that matches anyone's vibe. I love this one because it has a carrying case (helpful when you are playing at a bar). You can also never go wrong shopping art of play.”

Ally

The Vibe: Ally is a social butterfly, with an infectious smile that brings people together. She’s all about adding a touch of joy and whimsy to her tablescapes.

Drink of Choice: “Stone Hollow Farmstead drinking vinegar (love supporting women-owned small businesses!), best mixed with a Ghia or Crunchy and a bit of tonic water (in an Estelle glass topped with a little umbrella—chef's kiss).”

The Gifts:

• “Every bar cart needs a candelabra. I get mine from Facebook Marketplace or Etsy. (This one is so cool.) If you're looking for something new, I like this one from Anthropologie. And this Green Row one.”

• “I've been handing out Wims like candy...fully inspired by Lauren.”

• “Pop unexpected, handmade cocktail umbrellas in your drinks for a getaway in a glass.”

• “My coffee bar is never without Daysie, specifically the salted caramel flavor, and my cocktail bar is fully stocked with El Guapo. I'm really into the El Guapo holiday pie bitters and chicory pecan bitters this season. Gifting a bitters of the month subscription would also be so fun!”

• “I am fully obsessed with this North Carolina-made rosemary salt soak—and this is the culmination of my list: Light your candelabra, draw a bath with the salt soak, mix up a chakra-aligning Crunchy/Stone Hollow Farmstead vinegar drink (bonus points for dried flower ice cubes and cocktail umbrella) and have the most enchanting evening!”

Caroline

The Vibe: Caroline is a self-proclaimed maximalist, and her hosting style is a mix of classic with a chic, colorful twist.

Drink of Choice: “I prefer my martinis with Body, a low abv vodka, and extra olives please!”

The Gifts:

• “The martini glass is a thing of wonder. It yields power. This one from Coming Soon is top-notch and too fun with the olive included.”

• “I am actually obsessed with all things Coming Soon (clearly) and am eagerly awaiting for this to come back in stock to transport my dirty martinis all season long!”

• “While we’re on the olives, can we add heirloom tomatoes and a baguette to the mix? The tomato scented candle from Flamingo Estate is to die for and you can even personalize! Also, how delicious is this baguette candle?”

• “I grew up writing thank you cards for absolutely everything and am still afraid to be scolded by my Gogo if I don’t send one. This habit calls for cheeky stationery on hand - with a martini reference no less! Perfect to drop a note, graciously thanking hosts during the holidays.”
